Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are assigned to the client unless otherwise stated. FiftyDevs retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable code, templates, and know-how developed independently of client-specific assets.

Both parties agree to keep confidential business and technical information private and use it only for project-related purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
FiftyDevs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of our services or website.
8. Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting providers, or integrations beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate active work according to agreed notice terms. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.
